ATI Restoration Hosts Industry Event in Phoenix, Welcoming Industry Leaders

ATI Restoration Unites Industry Leaders for a Day of Networking, Education and Innovation in Phoenix, AZ

 ATI Restoration (ATI), an industry leader in restoration services, proudly hosted an impactful trade event at its Phoenix, AZ location on February 26, 2025. This one-day event brought together 130 professionals from across the United States and Canada, including several board members of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), for a day devoted to networking, education, and collaboration. 

The event underscored ATI Restoration’s commitment to fostering growth and connection across the restoration industry. Open to both RIA members and non-members, the day was packed with opportunities to share knowledge and explore strategies to tackle key challenges within the field.

A Full-Day Program of Networking and Insights

With Jason Rains serving as the emcee, ATI Restoration’s Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, the event featured insightful presentations covering a variety of timely and relevant topics, including:

  • Advocacy and Government Affairs (AGA) – Key updates and committee victories impacting the industry.
  • Construction Pricing Trends – Insights from Verisk into market dynamics and what’s ahead.
  • Collections Best Practices – Practical strategies for resolving pushback and ensuring payment.
  • Carrier Relations – Building effective partnerships in the insurance space.
  • Private Equity – Breaking down what investors value in restoration companies.
  • Technology Panel on AI – A forward-looking discussion of AI’s role in the industry.

This gathering was more than a learning experience—it strengthened ties among attendees, providing invaluable face-to-face interactions and innovative solutions for a rapidly evolving field.

Shaping the Industry with Innovation

Tyler Tanaka, ATI’s Chief Technology Officer, brought insight and inspiration following the AI-focused panel, emphasizing how advancements in AI and technology can elevate the industry and improve client outcomes. “AI and emerging technologies have the power to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and ultimately deliver better results for our clients,” shared Tanaka. “What truly inspired me was seeing how many passionate restorers are just as eager to drive innovation in our industry.”
