Debbie’s career spans over three decades, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Woodard Cleaning and Restoration, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in financial strategy, business expansion, and operational efficiency. She has also held leadership roles within industry organizations, including serving as Treasurer of the Restoration Industry Association and as a long-standing board member of Restoration Affiliates. Recognized as a thought leader in the industry, she was honored with the Women in Restoration award by Restoration & Remediation Magazine in 2023.
