“Franchisees of the Year represent the very best of franchising,” said Matt Haller, President and CEO of the International Franchise Association. “They embody the American Dream, create economic opportunity, serve their communities and show what it means to go into business for yourself, but not by yourself. We are proud to recognize Mariano, Tony, Ian, Veny, Nick, and Jordan with the highest honor IFA awards to individual franchisees, and we salute their tireless efforts to lift up all those they serve.”
The Franchisee of the Year awards recognize leading franchise owners from IFA member brands whose outstanding performance and contributions help protect, enhance, and promote the franchise business model. Nominated by their parent company, individuals are selected for their service to their communities, fostering a strong and vibrant workforce, opening the doors for career growth and entrepreneurship, and supporting their fellow franchisees.
Home Franchise Concepts, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, owns a robust roster of home service franchise brands, including AdvantaClean, Aussie Pet Mobile, Budget Blinds, PremierGarage and Two Maids, among others. As leaders and mentors among their peers, the honored franchisees represent the best of Home Franchise Concepts’ people-first culture and values, having been nominated for their passion and dedication to both their franchise network and the communities they serve.
Apart from being deeply involved within the franchising community, Llorian, Carilo, Kaner, Pirochta, Granato, and Black are also among the most successful franchise operators within their respective brands. Their dedication and success as franchise owners is a testament to Home Franchise Concepts’ empowering role in providing an attainable path for entrepreneurs seeking financial freedom through home service franchising.
