Bob Beard, CEO of Universal Cleaning Concepts / HydraMaster is pleased to announce the addition of two people to the HydraMaster Technical Support Team, which serves in a vital role to both distributors and end-users of HydraMaster Equipment, Accessories, Tools, and Chemicals. They provide phone, email, and video conference assistance for service, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting the complete range of HydraMaster Products.

Beard stated, “It gives me great pleasure to announce Louis Patayon will be joining the Universal team on October 16th.   As many of our customers already know, "Louie" brings a wealth of diverse equipment support experience in our industry, having worked prior as the lead Tech Support person at HydraMaster, the VP of Fleet Operations for a major cleaning franchise in the northwest, and previous installation and maintenance support with a leading national distributor. Louie will be heading up our Technical Support group and provide a key supporting role to engineering, procurement, production, product management and our marketing departments. Patayon will be based at the Everett, Washington manufacturing facility.

Beard also announced the addition of Robert Cannon to the Technical Support Team. Robert comes to Universal as a highly skilled and dependable mechanic and technical support person with ten years’ experience working specifically on truck mounts and other equipment within the cleaning and restoration industry. Cannon previously served as the Service Manager for a leading East Coast distributor of truckmounted and restoration equipment as well as a small engine specialist for a national distributor. Cannon is a US Navy Veteran and presently serves as an “Intelligence Specialist, 2nd Class in the Reserve Unit of the United States Coast Guard. Robert will work remotely out of his office in Pennsylvania.

Beard, continued, “Universal is taking direct and immediate steps we promised to provide faster and higher level response of customer support and technical assistance that HydraMaster equipment owners deserve. The additions of Louie and Robert to our team will help accomplish that.”
