NORMI, the National Organization of Remediators and Microbial Inspectors, has posted classes for the fourth quarter.  All classes include both onsite and livestreaming options from the NORMIPro Academy in Sunrise, Florida.

Certified mold assessor and certified mold remediator classes will take place October 4 and 5; October 11 and 13; and November 8, 9 and 10. This IAQ/mold assessment/remediation certification/licensing course is for Florida, Louisiana, District of Columbia and all non-licensed states. The classes feature unique concurrent training for assessors, remediators and water restoration contractors.

The NORMI certified mold professional course will take place October 18 through 20 The course is presented by Michael Pinto and Doug Hoffman and is designed as an advanced class for assessors, remediators and water restoration contractors.

The NORMI certified remediator for sensitized individuals will take place October 31 through November 1. This class is presented by Michael Pinto and Doug Hoffman. It  is specifically designed to help IAQ/mold assessors, remediators and water restoration contractors navigate through the projects that are more difficult and require more expertise.

A Spanish-language version of the certified mold worker class will take place December 12 and 13. This course is for supervisors, technicians, and other employees who want to improve the quality of work.  This course is a foundation course for the student interested in moving toward licensure.
