Brady Chuckel, president of Paul Davis of Southeast and Fox Valley, Wisconsin and Waukegan, Illinois, a provider of fire and water damage cleanup, restoration and remodeling services, recently announced the promotion of Jenny Olson as the company’s business development director. Olson has been employed with the franchise office for more than 12 years and began as a marketing representative, then advanced to senior positions in the marketing and sales departments. 

Olson will be responsible for overseeing the company’s sales and marketing teams and activities, customer relations with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial building owners and professionals. She will also manage and direct business sales goals, growth and direction. Olson is licensed and certified to manage and instruct continuing education classes, and will plan and attend tradeshows, conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements along with community service activities through the company’s Paul Davis Charitable Foundation. 

Olson and her team of marketing professionals will actively participate in more than 25 business and nonprofit organizations in her territory that includes the entire state of Wisconsin, parts of Illinois and Chicagoland. Olson is a native of Union Grove, Wis., and graduated from Union Grove High School. She is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and holds a degree in liberal arts, advertising and communications from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., where she was granted a full scholarship in softball. She has vast career training and experience in sales and marketing for a variety of industries. She and her family reside in New Berlin, Wis.
