Restoration and Remediation Industry News

RestorePro Grows to 6 Locations

Industry News
April 8, 2021

North Carolina-based disaster reconstruction company, RestorePro Reconstruction, opened its sixth office in the southeast this month with its newest office in Wilmington, N.C. The addition of the Wilmington office extends its footprint to coastal North Carolina and brings the combined employee total to over 100 talented executives, operations, sales, marketing, account managers, construction and safety managers, estimators, and administrators.

The company’s expansion to the coast is in direct response to customer demand in the region,  RestorePro’s reputation as the premier reconstruction service provider in North Carolina, increased demand for emergency construction services, including water removal and water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration and repairs, and mold remediation, talented leadership, and its unwavering commitment to professional excellence and positive client experiences. In 2020 alone, the firm experienced over a 100 percent increase in call volume with over 50 percent of these service calls from new clients.

Covering a one-hour radius around Wilmington from Jacksonville to Ocean Isle, North Carolina, the service area includes Southport, Wrightsville Beach, Sunset Beach, Oak Island, Topsail Beach, and neighboring communities.

The new Wilmington location is:

311 Judges Road
Suite 1G
Wilmington, NC 28405

Servicing residential, multi-family housing, and Class A office projects, RestorePro has an aggressive growth strategy for this market, which includes adding more than 20 employees, 1,000 projects, and $3MM in revenue by the end of 2021. Company-wide, RestorePro delivered nearly 5,500 restoration projects in 2020 --- a company record.

“We are excited to officially land in coastal North Carolina,” stated Ryan Jackson, president of RestorePro. “Our single -family housing, commercial, and multifamily clients in the Wilmington area have repeatedly asked us to service the area, and with the addition of a physical office in Wilmington, we’re able to meet their needs.”

Clients are already being serviced in the area with several restoration projects that include large, multifamily properties and commercial properties. Travis Wegner — with strong experience in the reconstruction industry — serves as regional manager. Josh Oliver – a native and long-time former resident of Wilmington with deep ties to the area – serves as account executive and is responsible for fulfilling relationships with the clients they serve with speed and clarity.

“Travis and Josh know the industry and the coastal Carolina markets better than anyone. Travis has a strong track record in the restoration construction industry, and Josh knows the Wilmington market better than anyone,” stated Jackson. “I’m excited to see the impact RestorePro will have in Wilmington and the local community with their leadership.”

RestorePro’s team proudly serves government, commercial, and residential clients across the greater Raleigh/Chapel Hill (NC), Fayetteville (NC), Charlotte (NC), Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point (NC), Rock Hill (SC), Knoxville (TN), and now Wilmington (NC) area markets. Since its inception, the company has differentiated itself on exceptional service, personal and professional excellence, and responsiveness to client needs, as evident by being the highest consumer-rated disaster construction firm on Google based on responsiveness and customer service.

One key to RestorePro’s success is its ability to share resources – equipment, supplies, and talent – across its entire footprint, enabling best-in-class responsiveness for consumers, commercial clients, and disaster survivors. In late February, when natural disasters hit the Midwest, causing hundreds of millions of dollars in property damage, RestorePro’s local affiliate in St. Louis, Mo., needed additional capacity to meet the demand, and RestorePro mobilized trucks, equipment, supplies, and 30 team members within a matter of hours. Their disaster response was directly responsible for the Galleria Mall, several YMCAs, and multiple commercial properties being restored and back in operation in record time, which is testament to their focus on service to communities a ross North Carolina and beyond.
