Resolute Industrial Holdings, LLC (“Resolute”) a leading independent provider of HVAC and power solutions, announced that it has acquired the assets of DriExpress Rentals and Empire (“DRi”) as a division of their rental solutions branch, Mobile Air & Power Rentals (“MAPR”).

Based in Santa Barbara CA, DRi was founded in 2006 by Pete Miko after Hurricane Katrina, when the need for disaster restoration services proved to be needed. In 2008, William Leo joined the team and helped to create new large loss solutions. Today the company serves the entire nation, offering 24/7 service in addition to their pristine equipment rentals.

With this addition, MAPR will continue to service the nation with their extensive footprint, existing equipment, and the added 5,000 assets.
