In November, R&R Editor-in-Chief Michelle Blevins took part in a Town Hall conversation with some Restoration Industry Association leadership who are also part of the Advocacy & Gov't Affairs Committee. Part of the conversation revolved around a discussion between Industry Advocate Ed Cross and Xactware Founder Bill Loveland at a previous RIA event that turned a bit heated around the topics of Xactware pricing, feedback, and more.

This Town Hall discussion clears up some of the conversation between Cross and Loveland, and explains steps the AGA is taking to help restorers keep pushing toward more fair pricing.
