First Priority DKI has moved into a new, larger facility at 114 Industrial Drive in Gilberts, IL. It is a fully operational 15,000 square foot building.

Throughout 2020, First Priority has plans to continue to grow the new facility, which will result in a 22,000 square foot building, containing a new classroom, large client showroom and full contents division.

The first expansion of an additional 3,500 square feet will begin in April and consist of the new classroom and showroom. The classroom will enable the company to directly oversee its employee training onsite. It will also be open to the industry as a whole, being used to host continuing education courses for insurance professionals, risk managers and property managers looking to increase their industry related knowledge.

The new showroom, also slated for April’s expansion, will have all of the latest amenities, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, windows, paint and more. The clients affected by fire or flood damage will have the opportunity to comfortably make their selections over a cup of coffee.

The building’s second expansion is scheduled for fall of 2020 and will provide First Priority an additional 3,500 square feet to grow its contents division. By the end of this expansion, First Priority will occupy the entire building’s 22,000 square feet.    

First Priority, servicing Greater Chicagoland since 1981, has gone through many changes in the last year, including restructuring and new ownership. Its new owners, Jennifer Russell and Jason Yoder, are motivated toward customer satisfaction for the insured and their insurance company partners. Focused on the next decade, they have exciting plans for growth and modernization, including new systems, new equipment and expansion into other markets over the coming years.
