GC3 Builders Introduces Mitigation Department

Industry News
April 24, 2019

GC3’s penchant for expertise and innovation expanded in 2019 with the hiring of Dave Bell and Daniel Lewis. Their hires signal a dynamic approach to company growth and enhanced industry expertise.

Dave Bell, with over 20 years in executive level leadership, will steer the company’s newly created mitigation division. Mr. Bells’ goal is to take a forward-thinking approach with creating industry leading consulting and mitigation services involving commercial property losses.

“Joining an organization with a decorated history in commercial construction and consulting has been exciting. The birth of GC3’s mitigation division is a direct result of listening to the needs of the insurance industry and positioning ourselves to provide more value within the claims process.  Our customers have told us they are frustrated with both the consulting and mitigation processes currently in place. The days of the “open checkbook” for emergency mitigation services are going to be turned upside down as GC3 moves into the mitigation arena.  The restoration industry is long overdue for a company that brings trust, common sense and fiduciary duties back into the mix.  I am thrilled to now be a part of developing THAT Company!” — Dave Bell

Dan Lewis has been hired into the new role of GC3’s Director of Business Development. Mr. Lewis brings nearly 30 years of senior and C-level leadership in the insurance claim industry, along with insurance education. His acute acumen with the insurance industry and what they expect when partnering with a reconstruction specialist will be paramount in aligning GC3’s existing and new services with the expectation of the insurance carrier and policyholder.

“This great opportunity with GC3 Builders is exactly what I was searching for at this juncture of my career. I am passionate about customer service within both the insurance and restoration industries. With my past history in the insurance industry, I obviously understand the changes that carriers are about to make within the commercial claims process and what will be needed for commercial vendors to succeed with these changes. What really sold me on GC3 Builders was the strong leadership in place that will support our expansion of services, along with our new strategy of transitioning to a customer focused culture which is demanded by all carriers in today’s marketplace. This is an exciting time to be part of GC3.” — Dan Lewis

GC3 excels in providing the best customer experience in consulting and reconstruction. With the additions of Dave Bell and Dan Lewis the company enhances its ability to strengthen its carrier partnership and exceed customer needs.
