Clearwater-based Master Restoration will be upgrading a $2.2 million, 30,000-square-foot warehouse which could bring up to 25 new jobs. Master Restoration provides complete loss management and restoration services to residential and commercial properties. President and CEO Jarrett Dixon said he hopes to move into the new space at 17129 U.S. Hwy 19 N by the end of the year after renovations.

Currently, the company is in a 7,500 square-foot space at 1090 Kap Drive. It employs 55 full-time employees and 75 part-time employees. Dixon said he aims to add 25 new full-time jobs within the next year.

The new location will allow the company to grow and have more satellite offices throughout the state, he added.

“This new building is significantly larger,” said Dixon, who founded the company in 2009. “It will give us room to grow and the ability to help a lot more people."
