Marketing Rep Workshop Description

The competition in the restoration industry marketplace is increasing as referral sources become more discerning. This Marketing Rep Workshop from More Floods will help to increase sales, gain loyal referral sources, overcome objections, and grow your business with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This fun, high-energy, interactive training course is available for all More Floods members and is hosted at our facility in Lenexa, Kansas, at various times throughout the year.

Marketing Rep Workshop Training Course Outline

Today’s restoration marketplace is highly competitive and every restorer is looking for a larger share of the market. How do marketing representatives position their company to create differentiation?

Providing sales training plays an important role in helping marketing representatives practice and hone their selling skills and properly use the More Floods systems and tools to prospective referring parties.

This course helps sharpen the skills of even experienced sales representatives enabling them to take advantage of sales opportunities and aggressively expand the business. By providing an interactive environment where they can make mistakes and learn from them, Members can benefit from having marketing reps who can make the greatest impact facing their customers on a daily basis.

  • Really understand insurance agent and plumber referral need
  • Master active listening techniques to better connect with & understand clients
  • Learn to manage the marketing and sales process by understanding where the sale is & how to keep the momentum moving forward

CE Class Description

The competition in the restoration industry marketplace is increasing as referral sources become more discerning. This CE Instructor Training Workshop from More Floods will teach you how to conduct a 3-hour large scale CE and a 1-Hour Lunch-n-Learn class.

This fun, high-energy, interactive training course is designed to teach you how to put on a class.  While we don’t train on specific classes, we do provide the tools and knowledge to develop conversations, have fun, and create an interactive atmosphere. This training is available for all More Floods members and is hosted at our facility in Lenexa, KS at various times throughout the year.

Marketing Rep Workshop Training Course Outline

Providing CE classes plays an important role in a restorer’s overall marketing mix and building consistent referrals from these important sources.

This course helps sharpen the skills of even experienced reps by providing an interactive environment where they can make mistakes and learn from them. More Floods Members can benefit from having in-house trainers who can help their customers achieve their CE credits while at the same time, demonstrating a tremendous value on behalf of your company.
