1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC, a service leader in portable storage and moving solutions, will increase its charitable donations in 2017. A different charity will be highlighted each month via themed containers on social media platforms. Each time a member of the online community requests a personalized version of a container, $5 will be donated to charity, up to $500 each month.

“Being part of our local communities and increasing engagement with our online community is important to us. We have found an innovative way to bring those two together by asking our online community help us raise money that will benefit members of our community nationwide”, said James Burati III, Sr. VP Sales and Marketing with 1-800-PACK-RAT.

As January is National Blood Donor Month, 1-800-PACK-RAT has created a themed container and will donate $5 to the American Red Cross for each personalized request.  Some other charities that will be highlighted throughout the year include Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), and Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA).
