ARMR Network Merges with ARI Brokers to Form ARMR West Brand

The combination of these insurance brokerage firms creates unparalleled expertise and capabilities in the cleaning and restoration insurance sector.

September 4, 2014

ARMR LogoAmerican Risk Management Resources Network (ARMR), LLC has merged with ARI Brokers, LLC of Salt Lake City Utah, according to a press release. Both firms are surplus lines insurance brokers with specialized expertise in the cleaning and restoration contracting business sector. The Salt Lake City ARI Brokers office will now trade under the ARMR West brand.

The combination of these insurance brokerage firms creates unparalleled expertise and capabilities in the cleaning and restoration insurance sector. ARMR.Network, LLC represents 20 top-rated sellers of environmental insurance products. ARMR.Network, LLC designed insurance products are available through local insurance agents fully licensed in all 50 states.

“The business insurance needs of cleaning and restoration contractors are very complex, these firms require custom designed insurance policies to comply with the intricate insurance specifications they routinely encounter” says David Dybdahl, President of ARMR.Network, LLC. “It takes specialized insurance brokers to effectively work with the insurance policies that restorers need to purchase and the retail insurance agents that sell them. We found those rare skill sets in the ARI Brokers team. They took the time to learn the restoration business from the inside out. Their insurance brokers are actually IICRC certified restores and have earned the Certified Insurance Counselor professional designations, which is a rare combination of skill sets.”

Says Jason Gardner of ARMR West: “When we were presented the opportunity to work more closely with the ARMR.Network, LLC staff, we took it. The current ARMR.Network, LLC insurance product development staff invented some of the policy forms that are routinely sold to restoration firms today. Their exceptionally knowledgeable team of insurance brokers and their suite of specially designed insurance products are simply unmatched in the industry. ARMR.Network, LLC is years ahead of their competitors in the restoration class of business. When we wanted to learn about the restoration business from the inside out we took the IICRC S500 classes. We did not realize at the time that the ARMR.Network, LLC staff years before had served on the consensus drafting committees of the IICRC to actually write the S500 and S520 standards and guidelines that we were learning about. Combining the expertise, knowledge and insurance products of ARMR.Network, LLC & ARI Brokers makes us an outstanding value for insurance agents and the cleaning and restoration contractors that they serve”.

ARMR West will focus primary on the states west of Montana to Texas but will also enjoy 50 state capabilities as part of ARMR.Network, LLC.
