Violand Management Associates Launches Supervisor Training Program

Web-based program offers industry-specific training

Recognizing the need for structured training for technician supervisors to understand and perform proper coaching and management skills, Violand Management Associates is offering its newest professional training program for the restoration and cleaning industries: Technician Supervisor Training.

According to a press release, this web-based program offers industry-specific training on topics such as strengthening communication and coaching skills, understanding power and authority and how to use them correctly, setting expectations, measuring performance, implementing proper discipline techniques, motivating, driving improvement, fostering positive change and more.

The program consists of 12 live webinars held every other week for two hours. Violand’s Technician Supervisor Training program will be offered several times per year and each class will be limited to a maximum of 12 students to ensure both individual attention and a strong group dynamic. The program is facilitated by VMA Business Development Advisor Scott Tackett.
