The 69^th Annual RIA Convention, slated for April 9-11 at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, FL, will feature an opening keynote address by Chip Lackey, Senior Director responsible for Vehicle Valuation Services and Claims in the Insurance Practice at J.D. Power, on Thursday, April 10, according to a press release. Lackey will present an overview of the property insurance industry, addressing what really matters to insurers, and identifying the metrics and measurements they follow.

Bryan Koon, Director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management, will deliver the second keynote address on Friday, April 11 entitled, “A Big-Picture View of Emergency Management.”

Other events during the convention include networking events, educational sessions, the Expo (featuring approximately 130 exhibitors) and the RIA Awards Reception and Banquet.
