Superstorm Sandy: Six Months Later

It's been six months since the infamous hurricane slammed the east coast.

April 29, 2013

Six months ago today, Superstorm Sandy hit, wreaking havoc on the east coast. The storm was responsible for 159 deaths (both directly and indirectly), some $50 billion worth of damage as well as the displacement of many homes and business. And while cleanup efforts are well underway, there’s still a lot of work that remains.
