FRSTeam Expands to Meet Midwest Coverage Demands
2010 FRSTeam is pleased to announce the addition of several new FRSTeam facilities in the Midwest.
Hayward, Calif., Tuesday, September 7, 2010 FRSTeam is pleased to announce the addition of several new FRSTeam facilities in the Midwest. The new facilities are owned and operated by FRSTeam licensees who have added new locations to better meet the demands for their services in areas that reach beyond their existing territories.
Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, FRSTeam by Fashion Cleaners recently added facilities in both Iowa and Kansas City, Missouri. The addition of these two locations broadens FRSTeam by Fashion Cleaners’ service area to include all of Nebraska and Iowa, as well as Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. Excited about this new opportunity, owner Kermit Engh explains, “From our existing locations, we were already covering a number of areas in both Kansas and Missouri. A facility in Kansas City is a natural progression enabling comprehensive coverage to an even larger territory. We look forward to the dynamic challenges of providing our FRSTeam services to this broad and diverse area.”
Russ Jacobs, owner of FRSTeam by Crescent Restoration, is also enthusiastic about his company’s new offices in Arkansas and St. Louis, Missouri. “We are excited about supporting these new areas with the same superior services FRSTeam is known for.” Based in Memphis, Tennessee, the expansion enables FRSTeam by Crescent Restoration to serve Southern Illinois, Eastern Missouri, all of Arkansas, Northern Mississippi, and the Western half of both Tennessee and Kentucky. According to Jacobs, “The current prevalence of direct repair relationships between insurance carriers and textile restoration vendors prompted us to increase our presence in markets that have expressed a need for our level of customer service.”
