The effects of the recent cold weather are being felt by water systems all over Central Louisiana. Many area towns have felt some stress on their water systems as a result of low temperatures the past few days. Some parts of Cenla were without water over the weekend and into Monday. Others were under water boil advisories.
"When it starts to thaw is when you usually have problems," said Dirk Foster, owner of Paul Davis Restoration in Pineville, which has responded to a large number of water-damage calls as a result of the cold front. From TheTownTalk.com
