NBMDA announces 2010 Board of Directors

Chicago - The North American Building Material Distribution Association (NBMDA) is pleased to announce its 2010 Board of Directors. Responsible for governing all affairs of the organization within its by-laws, the NBMDA Board is comprised of both Distributor and Associate members.

“2010 will, no doubt, be another challenging year for the building material distribution industry,” said Kevin Gammonley, NBMDA’s Executive Vice President. “I am confident that this year’s Board of Directors, however, have the insight and experience to help NBMDA achieve its goals during these uncertain times.”

Bill Delaney, Distributor Service, Inc., Carnegie, Pa., will serve as President of NBMDA. Additional officers serving one-year terms include President-Elect Brian Schell, Parksite, Apex, N.C.; Vice President Paul Vella, Atlantic Plywood, Woburn, Mass.; Treasurer Mark A. Kasper, Amerhart, Ltd., Green Bay, Wis.; and Immediate Past President Duane Lambrecht, Shelter Products, Inc., New Ulm, Minn.

Serving as Distributor Directors are Ken Harris, A&M Supply, Pinellas Park, Fla.; Michael Johnston, Babcock Lumber Company, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Harold Tiemstra, Can-Cell Industries, Edmonton, Alberta Canada; and Rick Eversole, United Plywoods & Lumber, Birmingham, Ala.

Associate Directors are John Ashe, OMG, FastenMaster, Agawam, Mass.; Mark Carlisle, M.L. Campbell,Cleveland, Ohio ; Dave Clark, Dow Building Solutions; Crystal Lake, Ill.; Jim Edgeworth, The Bilco Company, West Haven, Conn.; Karl Ruedisser, Blum, Inc., Stanley, N.C.; and Kevin Shotbolt, Flakeboard Co., Ltd., Markham, Ontario Canada.
