A Tarp Solution founder receives 2010 Hurricane Mitigation Outstanding Service Award
Tony Diaz, the founder of A Tarp Solution, LLC and inventor of the EZ Tarp, has been awarded the 2010 National Hurricane Conference’s Mitigation Outstanding Service Award. The award is given to those who have had a major impact in the areas of hurricane preparedness, response, mitigation, or related fields through truly exceptional and original improvements or contributions.
EZ Tarp is a heavy duty tarpaulin panel lined with two inches of EternaBond’s MicroSealant DoubleStick tape along the perimeter edge. DoubleStick creates a watertight bond to all roof surfaces including tile, concrete, metal, shingle, and most single ply roofs (including rubber and TPO). It provides a solution to prevent or further reduce loss or damage.
