Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., announces that Richard D. Goulet, WLS, of Archer Cleaning & Restoration Services and Shawn Silliman, of First Restoration Services of Asheville, were both awarded the Certified Restorer (CR) designation from the Restoration Industry Association.
