Ashley Fratello is a board certified cardiothoracic surgeon with a rare combination of advanced surgical training, frontline infectious-disease exposure, and certified forensic restoration expertise.
She completed her undergraduate and medical education at Stony Brook University, followed by Cardiothoracic Surgery training at the University of Southern California. She practices as a private surgeon and founded her own medical practice, maintaining active clinical involvement in high-risk, tightly regulated environments.
Throughout her surgical career—including direct frontline experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, ebola cases, and active tuberculosis cases—she has operated in settings where biohazard containment, exposure mitigation, sterility, and risk stratification are mission-critical. These experiences form the foundation of her approach to biorisk assessment and emergency response.
In addition to a medical career, Ashley is the owner of a restoration company and a Certified Forensic Restoration Specialist, providing hands-on expertise in contamination events, structural biohazards, and post-incident remediation. This dual perspective allows her to bridge clinical medicine with real-world emergency operations—ensuring response protocols are grounded in medical science, operational practicality, and regulatory compliance.Copyright ©2026.
