Cory King has over 20 years of experience in the construction and restoration industries. He began his career as a carpenter before moving into supplier management, project management, and eventually insurance restoration. His broad background, from residential builds to large-scale commercial projects, gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective.
Cory transitioned into estimating with a national supplement company, quickly advancing to lead a team of 40 estimators and auditors. He holds a Level 3 Xactimate Certification and became and Xactimate Certified Trainer in 2022. After running his own estimating and consulting firm, he joined ARTI, where he helps educate and empower contractors and adjusters alike.
