Sandy Bowles is an IICRC Instructor with 28 years of experience, specializing in Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). I have also chaired the IICRC FSRT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for 16 years and served as a Continuing Education Credit (CEC) provider for 18 years.
