Jason Lumpkin serves as the general manager of emerging markets for Live Oak Bank. Since joining the bank in 2011, Jason has helped role out over 12 new business units for Live Oak Bank – contributing over $600mm in annual loan volume. The emerging markets team has identified the Restoration, Remediation, and Cleaning industry as a core area of focus for the bank and has put a team in place to provide acquisition and succession financing, expansion, real estate, and equipment financing nationwide.
