Blue Team Holdings, LLC, a national restoration, construction and roofing services provider for commercial portfolio owners and operators, has acquired Sendero Restoration Services, LLC, a roofing and general contracting construction company specializing in insurance restoration, roofing and exterior repairs servicing the commercial sector.
Kauai Restoration & Cleaning, Inc. is a Lihue, Hawaii, based water restoration, mitigation and reconstruction service provider. The acquisition is part of First Onsite’s expansion strategy to attain operational excellence for clients by focusing on geographical expansion and timely response.
The merged companies will continue as BluSky Restoration Contractors, operating 41 offices in 18 states. JCR president Warner Cruz will step away from day-to-day operations of the merged company and join the BluSky corporate development team. Kent Stemper will continue as CEO of the merged firm.
Started in 2016 by Xactimate Certified Trainer Ben Justesen, ERS has trained thousands of contractors to utilize their own financials in pricing and looking at projects pragmatically to make their estimates. Epic Estimates is a remote estimating service that creates Xactimate estimates for contractors, consultants and adjusters.
A new, national restoration company, FLEET Response, will be focused on the residential and light-commercial segments of the restoration industry. FLEET Response currently represents the combination of Dayspring Restoration, Alpha-Omega Disaster Restoration, and Burke’s Restoration, with plans for more companies to join in the coming months.
