FLEET Response Acquires Dalworth Restoration

FLEET Response
December 15, 2021

FLEET Response has announced the acquisition of Dalworth Restoration, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This addition will provide the platform with a presence in the growing Northern Texas region for water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services.

Dalworth Restoration joins the other FLEET Response partner companies of Dayspring Restoration, Alpha-Omega Disaster Restoration, and Burke’s Restoration.

“Since day one, Shane Hobbs and his team at Dalworth Restoration have consistently impressed us with their commitment to helping families and businesses recover from disasters”, said Dean Murphy, CEO of FLEET Response. “Their three-pronged approach of “Relieve, Repair and Renew” is directly aligned with the culture we are creating at FLEET Response. It makes us proud to now call them a partner company.”

“We are thrilled to join FLEET Response,” said Dalworth owner Shane Hobbs. “Their people-oriented culture aligns perfectly with our goal of relieving the stress of life-changing incidents for our customers by delivering care and compassion. Joining this platform will help us achieve even more, allowing us to serve a larger group of customers when they need it most.”

FLEET Response is backed by Trinity Hunt Partners (THP), a private equity firm with deep experience in partnering with people-based, service-oriented businesses. “We are thrilled to welcome Dalworth Restoration as our partners in FLEET Response as a part of our plan to build an industry-leading, nationwide player in the restoration services sector,” said Garrett Greer, partner at THP. “Dalworth has been a household name in the DFW metroplex for decades, and we are honored that they chose to join the FLEET Response platform.”

About FLEET Response
