New Crystal Restoration Elevates Leadership Team with Don O'Dell's Promotion to Head of Project Management

New Crystal Restoration (NCR), Westchester County’s oldest and most trusted restoration company, proudly announces the promotion of Don O'Dell to Head of Project Management. With over a decade of industry experience and numerous certifications, Don will lead NCR's project management team, ensuring high-quality service and seamless project execution.

Don is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration to name a few. His extensive expertise in managing complex restoration projects makes him an invaluable leader in the NCR team.

In addition to his IICRC certifications, Don has completed Claims Training for Subrogation 1&2 and Restoration Estimating, equipping him to navigate the insurance claims process efficiently. He is also OSHA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards on all job sites, and holds certification as a New York State Mold Abatement Worker/Supervisor and is Lead Renovation Certified.
