FLEET Response Acquires Cousino Restoration

FLEET Response
January 18, 2022

FLEET Response has announced that Cousino Restoration has joined the FLEET Response group of partner companies, expanding the footprint into Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Their 44-year history of experience and pride in employing only the highest quality professionals is a natural fit for the platform for water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services.

In addition to Cousino Restoration, FLEET Response is comprised of Dayspring Restoration, Alpha-Omega Disaster Restoration, Burke’s Restoration, and Dalworth Restoration, with plans for additional acquisitions in 2022.

“We are excited to add Cousino’s full-service team of skilled craftsmen and technicians to the FLEET Response brand”, said Dean Murphy, CEO. “They are equipped to tackle any size restoration project and share a commitment to managing projects from beginning to end, at the highest quality level, taking care of their customers along the way. That culture is exactly what we are committed to at FLEET Response.”

“We look forward to expanding our service area, integrating specialty service lines, and building a leading national restoration services company”, said Mike Cousino, president of Cousino Restoration. “Together, we align on our mission, vision, and core values and abide by the principal of the Golden Rule. This will enhance the opportunity for our employees to continue to grow as individuals and as a team together. We are honored to be able work side-by-side with FLEET Response.”

FLEET Response is backed by Trinity Hunt Partners (THP), a leading private equity firm with deep experience in partnering with people-based, service-oriented businesses. “Adding Cousino Restoration as our partners in FLEET Response directly supports building a leading, national restoration services
company,” said Garrett Greer, Partner at THP. “Cousino is a highly admired restoration services provider across the Midwest, and we are thrilled to bring them on as a partner of FLEET Response.”
