Sasser Restoration, a national disaster solutions company in the U.S., has appointed Chris Mitchell as the senior vice president - DFW. In this role, Mitchell will be responsible for executing the firm’s national expansion goals throughout the central United States. He will lead the regional office while maintaining Sasser's commitment to elite customer service, responsiveness and quality.

“Chris brings a lot of unique experience to the team that most leaders in this type of position don’t possess,” said Miguel Figueroa, Sasser’s chief operating officer. “He is a great add to our senior leadership team and he helps complete the circle of professional experience we were seeking.”

Mitchell has worked in the construction, restoration and facilities management industries for 15 years, and brings a valuable perspective in the mitigation process. He has a broad list of education and certifications, as well as unique experiences that he leverages to help exceed all his customers’ needs. He has served in executive leadership in multi-state healthcare facilities management, construction, disaster response and operations, as well as senior leadership in school district construction, maintenance, large loss, response and emergency management. With his extensive large loss background and network of relationships, he will be an integral part of the Sasser team.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Mitchell will oversee the central United States operations and believes this location is strategic and advantageous for Sasser. He emphasizes the immense growth and population within this region allowing for numerous opportunities for Sasser to continue growing. Additionally, he is allowed the flexibility to be anywhere in a relatively short period of time.

“The advantage of Texas is that you can pretty much be anywhere on the east coast or west coast within twelve to sixteen hours,” he said.
