Aramsco Acquires Penn Valley Chemical
Aramsco, Inc. has acquired Penn Valley Chemical Company. Based in Lansdale, Pa., Penn Valley Chemical is a leading regional distributor of janitorial supplies and equipment to customers in the Northeast.
