Restoration 1 Expands into Northwest Arkansas

Industry News
February 28, 2018

Restoration 1®, one of the fastest-growing and most-trusted restoration franchises in North America, has expanded to serve northwest Arkansas. The newest location, in Bentonville, opened in early February and is co-owned by Donald Hicks and Ty Manning, local residents who will service Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville.

Hicks and Manning have completed extensive training at Restoration 1 headquarters in Waco, Texas prior to opening and are trained to properly and thoroughly restore both residential and commercial properties that have been damaged due to water, smoke, fire, mold, weather events and more. Additionally, they are certified from the Institute of Inspection, Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and hold a Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Prior to going into business for themselves, both Hicks and Manning worked together in Bentonville. Hicks worked in finance and Manning in real estate and construction. Having previously worked together and having an established friendship, the timing seemed right for them to become business partners.

Manning has experience in the restoration industry as a customer, which he plans on applying to his new business venture.

“Shortly after moving to Arkansas, I had to remediate mold in my newly purchased home,” said Manning, co-owner of Restoration 1 of Northwest Arkansas. “Even though it was hard work, the experience stuck with me. It was a stressful situation but I truly enjoyed the work and this new venture allows me to do what I love while helping others in the community.”

For home consultations or inquiries, contact Restoration 1 of Northwest Arkansas at (833) 2DRY-NOW or online. For more information on Restoration 1, please visit restoration1.com and follow Restoration 1 on Facebook and Twitter.
