The creation of Byrom Training and Consulting is the evolution and culmination of Mitch's wide array of industry expertise. An IICRC instructor, Xactimate Certified Trainer, and former VP of Specialized Education at Next Gear Solutions, Mitch is building his own brand to bring training to the masses in the restoration industry.
