Ask Annissa: Don't Let Your Client Jump Out of the Airplane Alone

By Annissa Coy
August 17, 2017

Are you letting your client jump out of an airplane for the first time without any help or understanding of what's going to happen? Do they know their parachute will open? Do they know how they will land on their feet again, on solid ground?

If you wouldn't let someone go skydiving all alone for the first time, you shouldn't force a client to blindly walk through the restoration process with you without a clear understanding of what it will look like - and the ability to have open communication with you. Set expectations up front, and help them along the way.

Annissa dives deeper into this topic in this week's video.
