Long Island Property & Building Maintenance Company Adding Fire & Flood Restoration Division

Industry News
April 18, 2017

Strike Force Maintenance Corporation is excited to announce the launch of the Fire & Flood Restoration Division, a division that will provide disaster relief services to the New York Tri-State area in residential and commercial settings.

The Fire & Flood Division will provide clients the same superior level of customer service and professionalism that has made Strike Force the leading property and building maintenance company in the Tri-State area. With this expansion, Strike Force becomes a one-stop shop for clients that find themselves victims of a loss and in need of assistance from a reliable and established organization. Specializing in recovery from water, fire, and mold damage too extensive for standard maintenance protocol, this new division of Strike Force is a team of professionals experienced in losses of all magnitudes in commercial and residential settings.

Strike Force Maintenance Corporation is a respected and versatile corporation, boasting unique logistical advantages most traditional restoration companies do not. One of these advantages lies in Strike Force’s access to significant manpower when necessary. With over 100 employees on staff, Strike Force never has to depend on subcontractors.

“We’re excited to become better able to serve our client’s needs by providing a full range of restoration services in addition to our property and building maintenance services,” said Steve Outcault, owner of Strike Force Maintenance Corporation. “We’ve assembled an experienced and certified team of battle tested technicians led by Craig Mannella, a restorer with a diverse business background and extensive industry experience. With the debut of our Fire & Flood Restoration Division, we are now truly the total solution for our clients.”

For more information on Strike Force Maintenance Corporation’s recent expansion please visit www.strikeforcemaintenance.com or www.strikeforcefirefloodrestoration.com and/or contact Steve Outcault at (631) 382-9300.
