The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has hired Mary Trotta as IICRC executive assistant.  Trotta will support the IICRC president, director of standards and other IICRC leadership.

“Trotta brings a wealth of executive support and customer service experience to the IICRC,” said IICRC President Richard Greene. “She will take the lead on numerous administrative projects that will allow IICRC leadership to spend more time serving the diverse needs of IICRC constituents.”

Trotta has more than 16 years customer relationship and executive assistant experience.  She began her career in retail customer support and served as a customer service agent in a call center.  Trotta gained valuable executive assistant experience through her work with various start-ups and in her role supporting two regional business directors with Primedia.  She also has experience training new executive assistants.  Trotta earned a degree in psychology from the College of Southern Nevada and University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).

“I look forward to working closely with IICRC leadership to help bring more value to industry stakeholders,” Trotta said.  “My customer relationship and support experience are great fits for the work that I will be doing, and I am extremely excited about this next chapter in my career.”
