ICRA announces two new affiliations

The International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA) has announced recent affiliations with the New England Institute of Restoration and Cleaning (NEIRC) and the New York Rug Cleaners Institute (NYRCI). NEIRC and NYRCI join five other trade associations to make up the ICRA membership.
