J.C. Restoration Receives Claims Award from DKI
DKI announced on Feb. 21 that J.C. Restoration had received the organization’s Claims Award. The honor went to only 10 of the group’s 160 members, and for J.C. Restoration it marked the first time the company has gained the recognition.
The honor reflects exceptional service on claims submitted during 2010 and is based on four factors: client feedback, customer feedback, DKI employee feedback and an analysis demonstrating how well the company responds to claims against specific performance standards established by DKI.
“We are pleased with our achievement, and proud that we continue to uphold DKI’s high standards for service excellence,” said Warner Cruz, J.C. Restoration’s president. “Providing quality service to our customers is our number one priority.”
Dale Sailer, president of DKI, presented the awards to J.C. Restoration and other awardees recently in San Diego, at Insights 2011: The Property Restoration Conference and Tradeshow.
J.C. Restoration has been providing insurance restoration services in the Chicago area since 1982. The company has been a DKI Member since 1999.
