Hayward, Calif., Wednesday,
May 7, 2010-When
the FRSTeam® leadership group began reviewing licensee performance this year in
anticipation of its annual 2010 FRSTeam Recognition Awards, they were pleasantly
surprised to learn that the numbers separating the top performers from the rest
of its licensee community were growing increasingly smaller. CEO, Courtney Nicholas, believes this
is due in part to the licensee’s aggressive adoption of its proprietary
web-based customer relationship management system, FRSTaid. “There is genuine satisfaction in the
manner in which all operators have embraced the use of FRSTaid, as this has
become a defining differentiator in winning national accounts and recognition
this year,” says Nicholas. The Recognition Awards are the highlight
of the FRSTeam annual RESToration Retreat which was recently held April 21–24
at the Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. The brand’s highest honor-the FRSTeam Licensee Leader Award,
based on application of the company’s mission principles of Family, Integrity,
Responsibility, Satisfaction and Technology-went to FRSTeam by Love Cleaner’s,
Scott Singer. Not only was Singer
able to capture the most coveted honor, his team at FRSTeam by Love Cleaners further
distinguished itself this year by sweeping in two other categories-Top Sales
Leader and Sales Growth Award.
Past
Licensee Leader Award recipient, Russ Jacobs of FRSTeam by Crescent
Restoration, was recognized with the Brand Champion Award-an award presented to
the licensee that most consistently promotes the FRSTeam brand image. An inaugural FRSTeam Innovation Award
was introduced this year. The
award goes to a licensee or employee that contributes to the FRSTeam System in
an outstanding capacity through innovations or technology, and who unselfishly
shares these improvements with the FRSTeam community in an effort to improve
the system for all operators. Dual
recipients were awarded this year-Don Canzoneri of FRSTeam by West Covina
Cleaners who continuously supports licensee community growth through sharing of
his time-tested computer inventory program; and Corporate FRSTeam’s, Lenny
Towle, who spearheaded development and implementation of the company’s
proprietary web-based customer relationship management system, FRSTaid.
Recognized
for growth in two categories, Benny Mehta of FRSTeam of Virginia, ranked #1 in
both Top Sales Percentage and Top Jobs Percentage Growth over the previous
year. New this year was the
introduction of FRSTeam Honors for Sales, Service, and Operations SuperStars-a
program where FRSTeam licensees may recognize key employees.
FRSTeam CEO,
Courtney Nicholas, says she can relate to the two operators who felt compelled
to nominate their whole team for these employee recognition awards as she
shares their sentiment, “We are very proud of each and every FRSTeam office and
its employees. We applaud the
effort we know goes into servicing customers with the level of quality and
integrity the FRSTeam brand has come to represent.”
