Keynote speaker Simon Bailey opened the general session with an invigorating presentation entitled Igniting Brilliance in Times of Change. He was be followed by Spiderman Mulholland who spoke on the issues surrounding Chinese Drywall. The other general sessions included: Human Resource Legalities Today, Five Characteristics to Success, Exit Strategies for Your Business, The Business is a Result of the Owner’s Thinking, Are You Practicing On Your Customers and Are You a Whiner or a Winner.

With a sold-out exhibit floor, attendees were able to peruse an extensive tradeshow with exhibitors that included restoration equipment vendors, business service providers, key industry publications and the industry’s largest trade association.

“Insights 2010 was undoubtedly the most successful and highly attended show to date,” said Dan Cassara, National Conference Director for Insights. “We are now beginning the process of preparing for Insights 2011 which will take place in San Diego, California at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
