(Wood Dale, IL, March 2, 2010) – DKI Services Corporation, North America’s largest disaster planning and restoration services organization and the parent company of Disaster Kleenup International, Inc, announced today that it continues to build the strength of its commercial market offering with the appointment of Jim Wills as Director of Commercial Loss Solutions.

Wills will be primarily responsible for expanding the breadth and depth of DKI’s solution set for the risk and property management markets, while leveraging the company’s existing Code Red, DKI CAT and Circumspex product offerings.

Most recently, Wills was the principal of two companies – RestoreNet LLC and Facilty Risk Solutions – each of which served the risk management, insurance and property management markets on a national basis. RestoreNet played a very active role in consulting projects following Hurricane Wilma and many large restoration projects following Hurricane Ike. Prior to these entrepreneurial efforts, Wills spent 17 years with the ServiceMaster organization, most of that tenure as a Master Franchisee in New England.

His final four years were spent as ServiceMaster’s Director of Commercial Restoration where he worked on the Pentagon recovery project and led the company’s 2004 and 2005 hurricane response efforts.

Wills is a Certified Continuity Manager and a Texas All-Lines Adjuster, as well as a Certifed Continuing Education Instructor in five states. He frequently is asked to speak at leading conferences across many related industries. A graduate of Houghton College, he did his graduate work at Southern Connecticut State University.

“We are thrilled to add someone of Jim’s caliber to our leadership team,” said Dale Sailer, DKI president. “We look forward to leveraging his broad experience as we continue to grow.”

A resident of Connecticut, Wills will be based at the DKI corporate headquarters in Wood Dale, IL.
