Kimberly Dotson has been named national account manager – special projects for Moisture Control Services (MCS), a division of Munters AB. MCS’ global division offers complete services for water and fire damage restoration and remediation, and for temporary climate control in construction, industrial, surface preparation and coating, and preservation applications. Munters AB is a publicly owned company, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Dotson will be responsible for directing MCS’ global customer relations management initiative and for managing and developing key national accounts with a focus on the disaster recovery market. She will be based in Munters’ Orlando office.

Previously, Dotson was director of marketing for InStar and for ServiceMaster Clean, a ServiceMaster brand,  and was responsible for all marketing activities including brand position, market research,communications, collateral, e-store, tradeshows and advertising. She also oversaw development of a new customer relationship management progam. 

Prior to ServiceMaster, she served in sales and marketing positions at the regional and national level for Ford Motor Company.
