Broomfield, CO -- Fabric Restoration Service Team, a national franchise specializing in restoration dry cleaning for the insurance industry, celebrated their second year of growth as a national brand at their annual RESToration Retreat at the OMNI Interlocken in Broomfield, Colo. at the foot of the Colorado Rockies.
The mood was festive with the over 70 attendees, representing 30 FRSTeam license and affiliate offices, experiencing an average of 28% growth in restoration sales their first year under the FRSTeam brand. FRSTeam corporate announced regional, local, and national progress to overwhelming applause, adding to the celebratory mood. “FRSTeam represents a unique blend of operators,” said Jim Nicholas, President of FRSTeam. “Over half of the FRSTeam offices serviced well over 1 million dollars in restoration work in the past year. Not only do we have a special group of family businesses under the FRSTeam brand, but a group of very experienced operators committed to restoring the lives of other families who have suffered from a tragedy.”
With FRSTeam’s continuous dedication to improvement, the focus of the retreat was communication. In his address to the licensees, Nicholas said, ”The consistency of the FRSTeam communication model allows us to deliver a superior customer service experience for everyone involved in the claims process.”
