Crain’s Detroit Business – April 21, 2008 -- Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, a textile restoration company that repairs apparel and fabrics damaged by smoke, fire, water and mold, founded in 2001 by CEO Wayne Wudyka, was recognized as a “Company to Watch” at the annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business Awards.

The awards honor growing privately held companies with annual revenue between $750,000 and $50 million. Thirty-two companies from Southeast Michigan were named March 17 as winners.

The awards ceremony in Lansing on Thursday is a cooperative effort of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Small Business Association of Michigan, the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center, the Michigan Economic Development Corp. and the Edward Lowe Foundation.

Two companies will receive statewide awards for innovation and best small business. Thirty other companies were named to a list of “50 Companies to Watch in Michigan,” which recognizes job creation, community impact and growth.
