K-Tech Kleening Systems, Inc, and Northcentral Technical College are working together to create a Smart Home of the future featuring innovative green, renewable and sustainable building practices. Designed to be a hands-on learning laboratory, the Smart Home will provide real world teaching and learning opportunities to prepare students for work in the restoration, insurance, construction and government industries.
