Prerequisites: IICRC CCT or CCMT

The IICRC CRT (Color Repair Technician) course teaches students color repair techniques and dye procedures. With color repair, carpets can often be repaired and fixed instead of replaced! Coupled with our other IICRC cleaning courses, like the Carpet Cleaning Technician and Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician, students will have a foundation of cleaning and repair for the field!

Our IICRC Color Repair Technician (CRT) course addresses the history of color, color theory, natural and synthetic dyes, dye methods, types of dyes, types of fibers, carpet styles, and dye procedures. Earn an IICRC certification after successfully passing a post-course exam.
