Max Pena is a bilingual (English/Spanish) communications professional who currently works for JSTFYD, a tool designed to help restorers fight back against carrier tactics on claims. Before working at JSTFYD, Max played a key role for Denver-based restoration company Pure Restore. As a marketer and recruiter, he helped Pure Restore grow from 4 full-time employees to over 20 full-time employees while revenue grew almost 500% in less than five years. Max attended the University of Connecticut between 2011-2016. During that time, he was freelancing as a marketing and branding specialist that served businesses across the US and internationally – including Uruguay and Spain. Max is passionate about leveraging digital tools, automation, and systems to build and scale service-based businesses.
