Pete Bell co-founded Cotton in 1996 to develop a single-source company capable of providing complete recovery solutions for clients in North America and beyond. Since then, Bell and his teams across the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean have responded to some of the most devastating weather disasters in recent history. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Bell is the recipient of the Sam Houston State University Distinguished Alumni Award and the Significant Sig Award, which recognize his professional achievements and ongoing commitment to the community. Mr. Bell currently serves as the co-founder of the Cotton Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering hope and comfort to children who are the victims of natural disasters and other life-changing events.
